Refund Policy

1. Returns
  • Returns are accepted for unused, undamaged, non-customized products in original packaging, with original tags and certificates, requested within 2 days of delivery.
  • Items must not be worn, altered, or damaged in any way.
  • Hand-made products are non-returnable except for proven defects in material or workmanship.
2. Return Process
  • To initiate a return, contact info.sparklegoldrock@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery with order details, description of the issue, and supporting photos if applicable.
  • After approval, we will provide return shipping details.
  • Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the product was defective or incorrect.
3. Refunds
  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds (if approved) will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds are given only for product price; original shipping or COD fees are non-refundable.
  • If items are returned in a non-saleable condition or outside the return period, refunds may be denied.
4. Exchanges
  • Product exchanges are offered for defective, damaged, or incorrect items only.
  • To request an exchange, follow the same process as returns. Approved exchanges are shipped after receipt and inspection of returned items.
5. Damage During Shipping
  • If you receive an item damaged in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt, providing detailed photos. We may request the item be returned for inspection prior to issuing a refund or exchange.
6. Cancellation Before Dispatch
  • Orders can be cancelled without penalty before dispatch. Once shipped, the return policy applies.
7. Non-Returnable Items
  • Gift cards, custom-engraved, hand-made products, and items marked as “final sale” cannot be returned or refunded unless defective or damaged on arrival.
8. Dispute Resolution
  • If you are unsatisfied with the outcome of your return or refund, contact us for escalation. We aim to resolve complaints amicably, but unresolved disputes may be referred to arbitration as per Indian law.
